NAGOMI 利用規約

株式会社Quixotiks（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社の提供するサービス「NAGOMI」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）における利用条件について、以下のとおり利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）を定めます。

第1条（適用範囲）

1.    本規約は、本サービスの利用に関して適用します。また、当社が本サービス上で公表するプライバシーポリシー、利用規約その他の個人情報保護方針においてユーザー情報の取扱いを定める場合には、そちらも適用されるものとします。ただし、当該規定と本規約が抵触する場合には、本規約が優先して適用されます。

2.　本サービスを利用する全てのユーザー（以下「ユーザー」といいます。）は、本規約に従うものとします。

第2条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本サービスを利用するにあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

1. 法律に違反する行為や公序良俗に反する行為。
2. 詐欺や不正利用行為。
3. 知的財産権、肖像権、プライバシー権、名誉などの権利を侵害する行為。
4. 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為。

第3条（サービス提供の一時停止）

当社は、以下の場合において、本サービスを一時的に停止または制限することができます。

1. システムのメンテナンスや改善。
2. 技術的またはシステム上の問題の発生。
3. 安全性または法的な理由による必要性。

第4条（免責事項）

1. 当社は、本サービスの利用によって生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
2. 本サービスが常に正確かつ安全であることを保証するものではありません。
3. 本サービスは医療機器ではありません。本サービスが医療行為を提供することはありません。

第5条（規約の変更）

1. 当社は、事前の通知なしに本規約を変更することができます。
2. 変更がある場合、当社はウェブサイトまたは適切な方法で通知します。

NAGOMI Terms of Use

Quixotiks Inc. (hereinafter “the Company”)hereby establishes the following terms and conditions (hereinafter “theseTerms”) for use of the service “NAGOMI” (hereinafter “the Service”) provided bythe Company.

Article 1 (Scope) 
1.  These Terms apply to all use of the Service. In addition, theCompany’s Privacy Policy, any other terms of use, andpersonal‐information‐protection policies published on the Service concerningthe handling of user information shall also apply. However, if any provision ofthose policies conflicts with these Terms, these Terms shall takeprecedence. 
2.  All users of the Service (hereinafter “Users”) must comply with theseTerms. 

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts) 
When using the Service, Users shall not engage in any of the followingacts: 
1.  Acts that violate laws or public order and morals. 
2.  Fraudulent acts or unauthorized use. 
3.  Infringement of intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacyrights, honor or any other rights of third parties.
